Cancellation & Payment
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If the client is not ready at the agreed-upon start time, the session may be shortened and the full fee will still apply.

Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, or credit/debit card.
 

Illness Policy
Massage is contraindicated during active illness.

If you are experiencing:
• Fever, cold, or flu symptoms
• Active infection
• Gastrointestinal illness
• Recent exposure to a contagious condition
Your appointment must be rescheduled.

Massage during infection may overburden the immune and lymphatic systems and is contraindicated. This policy protects both client and practitioner health.
 

Client Screening & Professional Boundaries
All new clients are screened prior to booking.
Services provided are therapeutic in nature and remain within professional scope of practice at all times.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at my discretion.
 

Location & Session Requirements (In-Home Services)
Sessions are provided in your home or at hosted massage gatherings.

Clients must provide:
• A clean, quiet space approximately 8.5 ft x 5.5 ft for table setup
• Adequate room temperature
• Secured pets during the session
• Accessible parking or unloading space near the entrance

Chair massage events are performed fully clothed and require minimal setup space.

I reserve the right to end a session if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.
 

Services Offered
Therapeutic massage techniques may include:
• Deep tissue
• Trigger point therapy
• Swedish relaxation
• Structural and mobility-focused work

Sessions may focus on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, or scalp.
Each session is individualized.
 

Chronic Conditions
Massage may support chronic pain and stress-related tension.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
Medical clearance may be required when appropriate.
