About the Practitioner

Jennifer O'Neill, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jikiden Reiki Practitioner

I completed my massage therapy training in 2007 at The Health Options Institute, a Pennsylvania State Licensed Massage School in Bethlehem Township, graduating at the top of my class. I have practiced independently since 2007 and bring over 15 years of therapeutic and medical massage experience to my work.

My background includes specialty training in Oncology Massage and Mastectomy Recovery Massage through both Health Options Institute and New Jersey Massage School, including advanced coursework under Cheryl Chapman, RN, HNC, NCTMB, a pioneer in the field of cancer massage. I am trained to provide informed, supportive care during and after cancer treatment when appropriate.

I am also trained in Jikiden Reiki, the traditional Japanese form of Reiki practiced in Kyoto, Japan. My Reiki training integrates restorative touch with an understanding of nervous system regulation and stress recovery.

Clients seek my care for:
• Chronic tension and occupational strain
• Stress, anxiety, and burnout
• Insomnia and headache patterns
• Arthritis and joint stiffness
• Fibromyalgia and autoimmune-related discomfort
• Post-surgical recovery
• Oncology-informed therapeutic support

Ongoing professional development has included kinesiology, reflexology, hospice massage, craniosacral therapy, zero balancing, lymphatic drainage, and integrative mind-body approaches.

My approach centers on restoring balance between structure and function. Physical tension, chronic stress, and emotional strain are deeply interconnected. I focus on relieving muscular restriction, improving mobility, and supporting nervous system regulation. By combining anatomical knowledge with attentive, therapeutic touch, sessions are designed to help the body shift out of protective tension patterns and return to a state of restoration.

Massage therapy is both a clinical skill and a responsibility. With over 15 years of experience, I provide structured, informed, and individualized sessions designed to support long-term physical comfort and overall well-being.
